1. Overview

Tsk.R: Procrastinateless ("Tsk.R" or "the App") is a productivity application designed to help users manage tasks, reminders, plans, notes, checklists, and related personal productivity information.

Tsk.R follows an offline-first approach. Your productivity content is stored locally on your device rather than in a developer-operated cloud account or database. However, the App also integrates Google services for advertising, consent management, in-app updates, and optional in-app review functionality. These services may process certain technical and advertising-related information as described below.

In short: Tsk.R does not send your task titles, reminder notes, plans, checklist content, or other personal productivity content to the developer's servers or intentionally provide that content to advertising services.

2. Information Collection and Local Storage

Local Task and Productivity Data

Information you create in Tsk.R may include task titles, descriptions, due dates, reminder settings, plan steps, notes, checklist items, calendar-related entries, and app preferences.

This information is stored in the App's private storage on your device, using its local SQLite/Room database and local preferences. The developer does not operate a cloud service that receives or stores this productivity content.

Personal Accounts

Tsk.R does not require account registration or sign-in to use its core productivity features. The developer does not operate an account system for storing your productivity information.

Device and Advertising Information

Although your productivity content remains local, Google Mobile Ads and related Google services may process information needed to provide advertising and related functionality. Depending on the service, applicable settings, and consent requirements, this may include:

These categories describe possible processing by integrated Google services. Actual processing may vary according to the services used, your device settings, and applicable consent requirements.

3. How Information Is Used

Information handled by Tsk.R and its integrated services is used for the following purposes, as applicable:

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

Tsk.R integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. The SDK and its related services may collect or share certain advertising-related information, including IP addresses, device identifiers, advertising interactions, and diagnostics, as applicable. Google may use this information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

Tsk.R integrates Google's User Messaging Platform to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required. The consent flow and available choices depend on applicable legal requirements and the user's region and settings.

Google Play Services

Tsk.R uses Google Play services for supported in-app update and review functionality. These services communicate with Google Play as needed to provide those features. Tsk.R does not intentionally send your task titles, notes, plans, or checklist content through these interactions.

What Is Not Shared

Tsk.R does not intentionally transmit your personal productivity content to Google Mobile Ads, UMP, or Google Play review services. The developer does not operate a backend service that collects, stores, or analyzes your task content.

Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies, service terms, and applicable legal requirements. For more information, review Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure .

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your Productivity Data

Your tasks, plans, notes, checklists, and related productivity information remain in the App's private storage on your device until you delete the relevant information or remove the App's stored data.

You can remove local productivity information by:

If you want to preserve information, consider whether you need to retain it before clearing app storage or uninstalling the App.

Third-Party Information

Google and other third-party service providers may retain information processed through their services according to their own retention policies, legal obligations, and applicable settings. Deleting local Tsk.R data does not necessarily delete information already processed by those providers.

Tsk.R does not provide a developer-operated account or cloud database containing your productivity data, and it does not offer a separate account-deletion web form because users do not create Tsk.R accounts.

6. Data Security

Tsk.R stores productivity information in application-private storage provided by Android. This helps restrict direct access by other ordinary applications, subject to Android's security model, device configuration, and the security of the device itself.

Communications made by integrated Google services are subject to the security measures used by those services, including encryption in transit where supported. Please consult Google's privacy and security documentation for further details about its handling of advertising information.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keeping your device and operating system updated and using appropriate device security settings can help protect your locally stored information.

7. Android Permissions

Depending on the Android version and features you use, Tsk.R may request permissions or system capabilities for the following purposes:

Permission availability and behavior depend on your Android version, system settings, and the features you use. Granting a permission does not mean your productivity content is sent to the developer's servers.

8. Children's Privacy

Tsk.R is a general productivity application and is not designed to target children under the age of 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a developer-operated account or backend service.

Advertising services may have their own age-related requirements and controls. The App's target audience, advertising configuration, and Google Play declarations should remain consistent with its actual intended audience and applicable policies.

9. Your Privacy Choices

Where supported and applicable, you can manage advertising consent through Settings → Privacy Choices within Tsk.R. The availability of consent options depends on your location, applicable requirements, and the consent state provided by Google's UMP service.

You can also manage Android permissions and device-level advertising settings through your device's system settings. Changing these settings may affect advertising behavior or certain app features.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Tsk.R's features, integrated services, data practices, or applicable requirements change. Updates will be published on this page, and the Effective Date above will be revised to indicate when the updated policy takes effect.

We encourage you to review this page periodically so you can remain informed about how information is handled.
